    We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchasing hair, if all exchange requirements are met. All hair must be still in place in package and sealed. NO REFUNDS will be permitted at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We highly recommend contacting us if you have any queries before making a purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

    Shipping Policy
    Please ensure you are home on the expected delivery date to sign for your package.
    Once your package has been transferred to USPS, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or fraudulently signed deliverers.

    • Please make arrangements to be available to sign for your package.
    • Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order before shipping
    • All orders are shipped out within 5-8 business days
    • Shipping is free on all U.S orders
    • We are not responsible for any shipping delivers that may be affected by customers, natural occurrences, transfer from USPS to local carrier or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end change once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier

    How do I track my package after it ships?You will be able to find your tracking number from your shipped order by tracking your package with the number that will be provided to you through the delivery service website. Please allow 24 hours for information to be updated on your tracking number.
