    Q. What hair do you provide? 

    A. Premium luxury hair Collection is 100% unprocessed human hair from one donor. All cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction. It has never been processed for texture nor color. Our hair is the most authentic and purest form of hair extensions.

    Q. What hair texture do you provide: 

    A. Straight and Natural Wavy

    Q. Can I color/bleach hair extensions?

    A. Yes! Our Premium hair collection can be color/bleach very well. Please keep in mind that once the hair is dyed or bleached, it is no longer unprocessed. Any chemical used to alter the natural state of the hair is now considered processed. Deep conditioning will be needed due to the hair no longer being attached to the scalp and therefore losing its natural moisture source. We highly recommend having a professional to process the hair, so you will get the best results that you desire and not damage the hair.

    Q. How many bundles do I need?

    A. We suggest: 

    3/4 bundles are recommended to cover the entire head

    12” - 14” 2 bundles 

    16” - 22” 3 bundles  

    24”-26” or longer 4 bundles for a fuller look

    Q. How long is shipping?

    A. We offer standard shipping and it usually takes anywhere from 3-5 business days depending on the locations. If items are NOT IN STOCK, please allow 7-10 business days. 

    Q. Do you have express or overnight shipping?

    A. At the moment, we do not offer expedited shipping.

    Q. How do I track my package after it ships?

    A. You will be able to find your tracking number from your shipped order by tracking your package with the number that will be provided to you through the delivery service website. Please allow 24 hours for information to be updated on your tracking number.

    Q. Does my package delivery require a signature?

    A. Yes, all packages will require a signature upon delivery 

    Q. Will GetBeauty be held responsible for lost or stolen packages?

    A. If your package has been confirmed via USPS / UPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS / UPS  as we are not responsible for

    reimbursement or compensation for the actions of USPS, weather, and any other events that may lead to delays, loss, or stolen packages.

    Q. Do you accept refunds/exchanges?

    A. Getbeauty exercises a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best products. Unfortunately, we do not offer any REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We highly recommend contacting us if you have any queries before making a purchase.Thank you for your understanding.
